LIMERICK V KILKENNY
Limerick are paired with Kilkenny,
While Wexford do battle with Clare;
Our goalie is sound Timmy Houlihan,
With Stephen Lucy commanding the square.

Ollie Moran and Niall were outstanding,
The brothers from storied Ahane;
TJ Ryan and Donie were heroes
From the parish of Garryspillane.

Mark Foley was great against Galway,
His county he never lets down;
Forget not young Alan O?Connor,
The whizkid from famed Ballybrowne.

Donal O?Grady from sweet Ballingarry
At midfield was skillful and free;
Paul O?Grady?s late point was tremenduous.
We had Jamsie O?Brien from Bruree.

For Mike Clifford he had to make room;
Conor Fitzgerald plays hurling and football
With Stephen Lucy the doctor from Croom.
